It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tyler Hoogeveen on January 15, 2019 at the age of 22. Beloved son of Tracey Thompson (Jonathan) and John Hoogeveen (Heather). He will be greatly missed by his sister and best friend Kayla and soon-to-be brother-in-law Tyler Cross Nesbitt (Little T). Beloved grandson of Lee and Marion Thompson (poppa and nanny) John and Henny Hoogeveen (Grandma and Grandpa). He will also be missed by his special aunt Judy, his cousins and friends for a lifetime Jenny, Katlyn, and Ryan. His other cousins Diana, Ben, Shaylyn, Stephen, Kate and Josh. His Godmother aunt Krista, uncle Ryan, aunt Eraina, uncle Pete and many friends.
Tyler embraced nature, he loved life on the farm and enjoyed fishing, hunting, dirt biking, snowmobiling and anything outdoors. Family and friends may pay their respect at Cadieux Tubman Funeral Home on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm located at 322 Avenue de Buckingham, Gatineau. The service will be held on Monday, January 28 at 11 am at St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, 45 Chemin Donaldson, Gatineau.
